If the tracking shows delays in the shipment delivery, these could be the reasons:
- Your shipment is made up of several packages and not all of them have arrived at their destination; for this reason it often happens that the couriers wait for everything to arrive at its destination before proceeding with the final delivery. Don't worry, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
- The address and/or phone number you provided for delivery is incorrect or incomplete: please check the order summary to ensure that all your details are filled in and correct. If that is not the case, please contact our customer service or the carrier’s customer service.
- Transport strikes, adverse weather conditions and holidays could cause delays in delivery and anomalies in the tracking view. Even in very busy periods for couriers such as Black Friday, Christmas or Easter, deliveries could be slowed down, above all because the handling of our packages (usually bulky) is more complicated for carriers.
- The courier attempted a delivery but you weren't available. Normally, you should have received a text or email notifying you of the delivery, so you can manage the redelivery of your order from there. If you have not received anything or are experiencing difficulties, please contact our Customer Service.
