My order hasn't arrived yet. How can I check the status?

When you place your order, you will be given the estimated shipping date and also the days in which the delivery of your order is estimated.

You can see this data in your order confirmation email and in the "My Orders" section of your account.

If you have received the shipping confirmation of your order, you can check its status from the tracking number in your order or from the link in the email.

PS: Please note that the estimated delivery dates shown are an estimate. This means that your order may arrive slightly earlier, or shortly after the estimated delivery date. Check the tracking number to track your order.
