Has my order already been shipped?

• If your order status is "Confirmed", it means the order is confirmed and will be shipped within the dates indicated in your order summary (received by email or available in your personal area on the website).
• If your order status is "On the way", it means the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Don't worry, you will always receive the shipping confirmation via email when the goods leave our warehouse!

The order is shipped by the specified date. Indeed we always try to ship in advance if the product becomes available earlier.
During the busiest periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Easter), or during the year (due to courier transport strikes, remote areas to reach, operational slowdowns) times may vary slightly.
