I wrote the delivery address wrong, what should I do?

If the delivery address is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team here immediately and they will try to resolve the issue for you.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can change or cancel your order, but you'll need to change the default shipping address in your account at a later stage.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to independently contact the courier to change the destination. If you encounter any difficulties, you can contact our Customer Service.

IMPORTANT: address changes could slow down order delivery times.
