Do the purchased products have a warranty?

Our products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the date of delivery of the order, in accordance with current European regulations.

The rights arising under this warranty may be exercised provided that the products have been used correctly, with due diligence and in accordance with their intended use and the enclosed directions, and upon presentation of the purchase invoice.

The guarantee covers manufacturing flaws but not faults or defects caused by falls, negligence in use, poor maintenance or usage. Mobili Fiver will repair or replace products that meet the above requirements.

At the time of purchase, you have the option to add a 36-month warranty extension. This additional warranty covers exactly what is included in the legal conformity warranty and is subject to the same conditions. It is valid for 36 months starting from the end of the legal warranty period. The extension can only be purchased at the time the product is bought and applies exclusively to the specific product for which it was selected.
