How and when is the refund made?

The refund is issued within 10 days from the date of delivery to our office. We will refund you via the same payment method used to place the order.

Customer service will notify you of the return costs at your expense.

• If you followed our instructions and used our courier for the return, the refund will be PARTIAL as announced by our Customer Service.
• If you have decided to return the product yourself and the product is returned in perfect condition (in its original packaging), a full refund will be issued.
• If you have returned the order at your own expense, but it arrives damaged or with missing parts, a partial refund will be issued based on the extent of the damage or recognized defect.
