If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a request to our customer service team here as soon as possible.
For orders with items that are immediately available, cancellation requests can only be accepted within 2 hours of order confirmation. If the order is already being processed or dispatched, you may be required to pay handling and return charges.
If your order includes products that are not immediately available, please send us your cancellation request as soon as possible. Your order will be dispatched within the date indicated in the confirmation email, and our customer service team will need to verify whether cancellation is still possible or if the goods have already been dispatched.
For orders with a scheduled shipping date, cancellation requests must be received at least 72 hours before the planned shipping date.
If you have already paid and we are able to cancel the order, we will issue a full refund to the same payment method used for the purchase.
If your order has already left our warehouse, a partial refund will be issued, with the return shipping cost deducted.
