CREDIT CARD
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.
All transactions are protected by SSL technology to ensure security and privacy.
If you are prompted to enter your 3D Secure code during payment and experience any issues, we recommend contacting your bank or our customer service team.

PAYPAL
You can pay with your PayPal account or with a linked card or bank account.
PayPal also offers the option to pay in monthly instalments, up to a maximum of 24. Financing approval is handled directly by PayPal.
If the payment fails, the order will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

ATTENTION! If you use this payment method in the express checkout, the personal details (first name, last name, delivery address, etc.) entered on the platform itself will be retained, rather than those entered on our website before selecting the payment method. Please check the details carefully before confirming your order.

BANK TRANSFER
With bank transfer, your order is prepared and shipped only after payment is received. This process may take 1-2 business days.
Bank details are sent by email at the end of the order. As indicated, you must include your order number in the payment reference.
The transfer must be credited within 3 business days, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.

SHOP PAY
When you make your first purchase in a store that supports Shop Pay, you can securely save your details (credit card, addresses and email) to complete future online purchases in just one click.
For subsequent purchases at any store that supports Shop Pay, a single click (plus a security code sent by SMS) is all you need to complete payment.
IMPORTANT: Shop Pay is not compatible with B2B customer purchases.

SCALAPAY

With Scalapay, you can split your payment into:

3 or 4 interest-free installments, subject to approval. Service fees may apply to payments made in 4 installments.
6, 9 or 12 installments with interest, subject to approval.

In collaboration with Deutsche Bank S.p.A., it also offers the option to take out a dedicated loan for up to 36 installments.

The first payment is charged when the order is confirmed.
This payment method is available only in certain countries.
