The courier hasn't delivered all the packages in my order. What can I do?

In case of partial delivery, accept the goods anyway. Don't worry! The courier usually delivers the missing parts in the following days.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that not all the packages, despite having left our warehouse together, arrive at their destination together, due to courier delays and excess goods.

IMPORTANT: It may happen that you see "Delivered" on the tracking status, even if a partial delivery has been made.
If two days have passed and you don't see any tracking updates, or they still haven't delivered the missing packages, contact us here. Please provide photos of the labels found on the received goods.
