No, unfortunately this is not possible. The site does NOT allow a customer to

• Enter a European billing address with delivery to the United States
• Enter a U.S. billing address with delivery to Europe

However, in cases where a tax invoice is not required but only an order receipt, it is possible to enter the same delivery address in the billing information.
