Order Shipment and Public Holidays

In the order confirmation email, we indicate: “Your order will be shipped by:”, specifying the latest date by which your order will be dispatched.
However, if the shipping date falls close to a public holiday in the country we ship from—Italy—it is likely that we will ship the order earlier.
In any case, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
