To deliver your order quickly and safely, Mobili Fiver works with leading transportation companies. One of these is DHL.
When your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number to track the delivery, but there is other useful information to help you better manage the arrival of your packages.
Please keep the following points in mind:
- First check how many packages your order consists of so you can make sure the courier delivers everything you need to receive.
Remember that delivery takes place Monday through Friday curbside.
- If your shipment consists of several packages and you receive only some of them, please do not refuse delivery but accept what the courier can deliver to you at that time. It may indeed happen that the courier delivers packages at different times due to logistical reasons and possible delays on the transport lines. However, missing packages are usually delivered within 1-3 business days following the first delivery.

Don't throw away the packages right away! The packages containing the products you purchased may be needed later. In fact, they are essential in case you decide to return the item: keep in mind that our products can be returned unused, with the inner protectors and in the original packaging for up to 30 days after delivery! Also, if you notice any defects on the product, you may be asked for photos of the packages so that we can do more thorough verification.

Check the tracking of your shipment periodically. The courier may show you updates that you need to see or may have made delivery attempts that you are not aware of. In fact, please be advised that after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the packages in your order will go into storage. If delivery is not completed after more than 14 days from the date the goods were shipped, please contact us. We will immediately check with the courier company about the status of the shipment.
If the delivery turns out to be completed but you have not received your order, we ask that you check with neighbors and relatives to see if someone may have received the delivery for you. If you do not retrieve your packages, please feel free to contact us through this form. We will open a file with the courier company to verify what happened. You may also be asked to fill out paperwork to confirm what happened.

Remember to ALWAYS sign subject to accepting delivery of parcels as you may not have had a chance to notice any damage or defects on the parcel and/or its contents. This means that when they have you sign the receipt certifying that the parcels have been delivered, you will also need to indicate next to the signature if the parcels were damaged/open, taped up. We attach an image as an example. This will then make it easier for us to help you in case you later find any damage on the product.
Also, if packages are found to be damaged, we ask that you still accept the delivery. A s a metter of fact, we use very effective packaging to protect the goods, and it is possible that although the package is damaged, the goods inside are in perfect condition. Then if an item of your furniture should actually be damaged or defective, don't worry! Contact our customer service department here, we will be ready to help you!
