Why was my credit card declined?

The reasons why your credit card is not being accepted do not depend on us.

It could be due to these reasons:

- The customer did not finish paying and abandoned the payment page.
- The card has reached its transaction limit.
- The 3D Secure authentication request expired or failed.
- The customer cancelled the payment.
- The customer's bank has declined the payment.
- The payment is suspected to be fraudulent (e.g. payment with a stolen card).
- The card details are incorrect (card number, expiry date or CVV).
- The transaction was interrupted.

If you were unable to proceed, please try again with another card or another payment method.
